Beginning 9/30 the West Portal location will resume standard office hours of 8:00am-6:00pm

Lab Hours:

Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 8AM–12PM, 1PM–4PM
Thu: 9AM–12PM, 1PM–5PM
Sat–Sun: Closed
Friday 10/11: The lab is limited to blood, urine and stool send out collection ONLY. No in-office procedures or testing will be available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience!

The office is on the corner of Ulloa St. and West Portal Ave., across from the Muni station.

Parking

Two-hour metered street parking is available near the office. There's also free, two-hour residential parking, but availability is limited.
