While it may feel impossible to escape coronavirus-related concerns right now, it’s important to remember you’re not alone. The One Medical team is here to provide guidance during this time, and keep you updated on what you need to know to protect the health of yourselves and others.

Stay updated on the latest

At One Medical, we aim to always have easily accessible resources and be trusted advisors for all of our members' health concerns. We understand that keeping up with the seemingly endless coronavirus news can feel overwhelming, so we have created a library of COVID-19 reference materials that are updated daily with the latest on what you need to know and what precautions can be taken to stay healthy.

Get in touch with our virtual care team

If you have coronavirus-related concerns, our virtual care team is available to help 24/7. Just open the One Medical app and tap “COVID-19 Symptoms?” to let us know how you’re feeling. You will be prompted with a brief survey designed to assess your symptoms and exposure to the virus, which will quickly be routed to a provider for review. After reviewing your submission, a provider will get in touch with a care plan specific to your needs, which may include a video chat or setting up an appointment for COVID-19 testing at one of our designated testing sites.

Testing

Since our first COVID-19 test swab on March 7th, we’ve expanded our testing services to include over twenty open-air locations across the country. Now, anyone with coronavirus concerns, including those without symptoms who are worried about spreading the virus, such as those or who need to interact with high-risk individuals or need to travel, can be tested through One Medical. Learn more about getting tested at One Medical.

We recommend that you update your One Medical app to the latest version before getting in touch with our One Medical team to ensure that you have access to specific tools that have been added to address coronavirus-related concerns.
