A doctor’s office for seniors on Medicare
Our Renton office in Renton, WA is no ordinary doctor’s office. We serve patients in the Greater Seattle area including Renton. Our care model allows us to build relationships with our patients in ways other doctors who accept Medicare don’t. Your care team — which includes your primary care provider, Health Coach, and other healthcare professionals — is here to work with you, your family, your caregivers, and other specialists, to provide the best care possible.
And we’re not just here for when you’re sick or injured. We can also help you meet physical and mental health goals, manage chronic illnesses, and live a happier, healthier life. We want you to thrive in every aspect of your life, and we do that by taking a comprehensive approach to your health. We’re here to listen, support, and find the best care plan for you.
Our team hosts a variety of senior health educational classes, as well as fun group activities at our practices. All events are free and open to the community. Please join us for one of our upcoming community events.

Your care team can help with:
We help identify health issues early on and develop a treatment plan together. We diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of concerns, so you get the care you need, potentially skipping a trip to the ER or specialist visits.
Chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and dementia can be difficult to prevent and manage on your own. Your provider and care team will work with you to manage your condition, learning your unique goals and challenges so we can help you live your healthiest life.
Acute conditions such as the flu, sprains, skin issues and infections can come on suddenly and escalate rapidly. Staying in communication with your primary care provider can help you identify and treat these conditions quickly, so they don’t escalate into something more serious.
Your mental health is an important part of the full picture. Whether you’re caring for a loved one, dealing with loss, or coping with a new diagnosis, our behavioral health specialists can help you identify and manage areas of stress in the short-term, or refer you to a specialist for more in-depth counseling services.
