Do you take my insurance?

Yes, we take most commercial plans. To see if we accept your specific insurance plan, use our insurance finder .

Can I use One Medical if I have insurance that isn’t accepted by your offices?

Yes, we accept self-pay for those without insurance or with insurance where we are out of network.

How can I contact my primary care provider?

If you have a membership, the best (and fastest) way to get in touch with your primary care provider is to message in app/on the website. Alternatively, you can always book an appointment, in-person or remotely, through the office page on Amazon. Appointment booking on the iOS or Android apps is available through the membership only.

Can I get lab work done at One Medical Health Station?

Yes! We have lab services available as part of your scheduled visits. We currently do not offer lab services on a drop-in basis at the health station.

Can you refill my prescriptions? Or help me get a new prescription?

Yes! In some cases, we may need you to have a visit (an In-Office or Remote Visit) prior to refilling a prescription or filling a new one. If you’re already a patient, you can use “Prescription Renewal” in the app.

2021 7th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121, located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood, just south of the Amazon Spheres. The building is situated on the block bounded by 7th Avenue, Westlake Avenue, Lenora Street, and Blanchard Street. Enter through the main entrance on 7th Avenue, located on the corner of Westlake and 7th Avenue. Once inside, proceed up the stairs or use the elevators. An ADA accessible door button is located to the left of the 7th Avenue doors on the outside of the building

Parking

Paid garage parking is available via two entrances accessible from 6th Ave between Virginia street and Lenora street, and from Lenora Street between 7th Ave and 6th Ave, capacity limits may apply. Paid street parking is also available. This is an automated garage and there is no booth attendant.
