Our Shiloh Square office in Kennesaw, GA is no ordinary doctor’s office. We serve adults 65+ on Medicare in the Greater Atlanta area including Kennesaw, Shiloh West, Acworth and Gibson Acres. Our care model is centered around building a strong relationship between you and your care team — which includes your primary care provider, Health Coach, and other healthcare professionals. They partner with you, your family, your caregivers, and other specialists, to provide the best care possible.
