I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for patients to share their health concerns and enjoy using a collaborative approach to meet their health and wellness goals. I am especially passionate about preventive health and helping people manage chronic health conditions. My goal is to educate and empower patients to make the right health decisions for them at that moment in time with a comprehensive approach of addressing both their mental and physical well-being.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time with my dog, volunteering, traveling, and creating clay creations at my local ceramics/pottery studio.
