DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.

Stephanie enjoys building partnerships with patients to help them set and achieve their health goals. She believes there are many factors that go into one's health and wellness, so it’s important to her to look at the whole person. She enjoys getting patients engaged so they can be proactive about their health and enjoy learning about their health. She’s especially interested in women's health, preventive health, and overall wellness.
To keep herself healthy and happy, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, reading, weightlifting, spin classes, and walking. She also makes sure she gets good sleep. Stephanie earned her medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University before completing her residency at Scott & White. She’s board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
