I strive to meet every patient where they are. I enjoy partnering with my patients to develop individualized treatment plans using shared-decision making and evidence-based medicine. My mission is to educate and empower my patients to take charge of their own health and cultivate sustainable wellness. I am especially passionate about mental health, preventative care, women’s health, and weight management (obesity medicine).

How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy any type of movement; particularly hiking, spin classes, yoga, and strength training. I love learning, reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, practicing mindfulness, and spending time with friends and family.
