I am a longtime Brooklynite and I chose primary care because “it affords me the extraordinary privilege of building meaningful relationships with people to help them stay healthy.” I particularly enjoy focusing on depression, anxiety, weight management, LGBTQ health, chronic conditions and womens' wellness. I enjoy working with people in their mid-life as they confront changes in their health or strive to maintain good health. I am also adept at helping patients build motivation to change their lifestyles and I pride myself on being an attentive, non-judgmental listener.

How I stay healthy and happy
I am a parent of two young kids who spend my days off at local playgrounds. I also appreciate any chance to travel to beautiful places or hunker down with a good book.

Kenyon College as an undergraduate and graduated from Columbia University’s Adult Nurse Practitioner program.
