I like to practice comprehensive care and take care of the whole person. My goal is always to get to know each person and make them feel comfortable being in a medical office. I enjoy partnering with patients about the health issues and goals important to them, and empowering them to make the right health decisions for them at that moment.
How I stay healthy and happy
In my spare time, I'm usually walking my dog, playing with my son, or spending time with my friends and family. I love to take Peloton classes to stay active and am trying to become a better cook!
