I am a Family Medicine board certified physician who grew up on the East Coast and I now call Arizona my home. I am passionate about utilizing evidence based medicine to collaborate with patients in support of the health goals they have set for themselves. I strive to individualize care by learning how each patient's motivations, challenges, and life journey are influencing their health and wellness. I particularly enjoy working with patients on preventing illness through a focus on nutrition, movement, and routine vaccinations. I also partner with patients to optimize their chronic conditions-- including metabolic disease, mental health, and menopause transition. I am a member of The Menopause Society and am pursuing certification in 2026. I am trained in IUD and Nexplanon insertions.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, cooking, traveling, getting outdoors, listening to music, and playing board and card games.
