I believe trusting clinician/patient relationships create the foundation for excellent healthcare. I strive to understand the health goals and concerns of my patients through close listening and attention to detail. I especially enjoy working with patients to both prevent and manage chronic health conditions.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time outside, including hiking, kayaking, outdoor yoga. and other fitness classes. I also love to travel.
