How I stay healthy and happy
I love to run, lift weights, hike, and go to group fitness classes. In my spare time, I cook nutritious meals and bake banana bread and sourdough. I enjoy working on art projects like painting and collaging. And I love to spend quality time with my family, my husband, our friends, and my two cats.
