About Pilar
I am a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate , patient-centered care tailored to each individual's unique needs. I believe effective healthcare begins with collaboration, and I take time to understand each patient's background, goals, and where they are in their health care journey. I approach care holistically, focusing on the whole person, rather than isolated symptoms, and I work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that supports long-term wellness. I have a strong passion for chronic disease management, including obesity care and mental health support, and I am committed to helping patients achieve sustainable, meaningful improvements in their health. As a bilingual provider, I value the ability to communicate directly with patients in their preferred language to build trust, understanding, and comfort in the care process. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering with underserved communities, visiting local farmers markets, cooking, exploring coffee shops, reading, travels, and spending time with my family, two dogs, and cat.
