I’m a big believer in small changes and habits that compound over time. My clinical interests include preventive care, LGBTQ+ care, and HIV and PrEP management.

To stay happy and healthy, I love spending time in nature, cooking, staying active, reading, going to music events, and listening to reggaeton, hip-hop, R&B, house, techno, and pop.
