Madeline Kidd, DO
New York
Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I am a family medicine physician passionate about the power of affirmative care. Engaging with the healthcare system oftentimes feels vulnerable and overwhelming; I strive to form genuine, non-judgmental, and trusting relationships with my patients so as to alleviate worry and foster confidence. As a primary care provider, I believe it is my responsibility to act as a reliable resource and personal advocate. Health is inherent. I use a personalized approach to discovering and adapting what physical, mental, and spiritual balance looks like for each individual.
How I stay healthy and happy
Outside of the office you can find me wandering New York City with a camera in hand, reading a book in the park, biking, practicing yoga and meditation, or catching the sunset at Rockaway Beach.
