I believe good health care starts with honesty and understanding — not judgment. We all make choices that aren’t perfect, and that’s okay; the key is finding what works best for you right now. My goal is to help people make small, practical changes that have the biggest impact on their well-being. I enjoy working with adults at all stages of life to manage health concerns, prevent illness, and build habits that support long-term wellness. Whether it’s in person or over telehealth, I aim to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take control of their health on their own terms.
How I stay healthy and happy
I try to keep life in balance — a mix of movement, chill time, and a few indulgences along the way. A little aerobic housekeeping makes up for testing out the latest TikTok recipes, which in turns helps keep me cooking at home. When I’m not experimenting in the kitchen, I love getting out to dance salsa and merengue with friends — dance is my favorite sport. I believe it’s absolutely okay to indulge now and then, as long as you put in a little work to balance everything out — it is essential to keep both happiness and health in step.
