I practice evidence-based medicine with a focus on collaborating with patients to prevent illness and help them feel their best. I believe open and transparent communication are vital to a patient's health and I take the time to get to know each person and answer any questions they may have. My interests include prevention, family health, reproductive health, adolescent & pediatric health, and travel medicine.

How I stay healthy and happy
Spending time with family and friends, getting plenty of sleep. I take time for myself each day, even if it is only a few minutes to recharge.
