She enjoys getting to know each person and listening to how their health concerns impact their daily life, so she can develop an effective care plan that fits their lifestyle. She's most passionate about health promotion, disease prevention, lifestyle changes, and optimizing health to help patients maintain a good quality of life.
When it comes to maintaining her own health, Jessica enjoys running, swimming, and eating a healthy diet. Outside of work, she likes to participate in running and triathlon events, travel, explore new places, and spend time at the park and farmers market with her husband and son. Jessica earned her bachelor's and master's degree in nursing from Emory University School of Nursing. She's certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
