Janet loves working with people to find their motivation and help them achieve their health goals. She's always ready to listen and uses evidence-based medicine to help people take initiative and collaborate in their own health goals.

To stay healthy, Janet meal preps, discovers delicious yet healthy meals, and makes time for self-care. In her free time, she loves reading and spending time with her dog and friends. She also volunteers with a nonprofit called Sprout that facilitates day and overnight trips for adults with disabilities. Janet earned her master's degree in nursing from Boston College Connell School of Nursing.
