I became a primary care provider as I value my relationships with my patients. One Medical thankfully provides us ample time at appointments to discuss specific health goals. I am passionate about the relationship between our lifestyle and its health outcomes. I aim to discuss lifestyle adjustments to optimize one's overall health with each of my patients. ||I provide long-term health management for chronic disorders, including hypertension, diabetes and depression - working with patients to manage their symptoms for improved outcomes.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy walking my dog and getting outside for hikes in the cooler weather. For exercise, I follow a weight lifting program with some cardio each week. I love to cook - and have been expanding my culinary skills in my free time.
