I'm committed to offering care that goes beyond just treating symptoms; I focus on understanding and addressing you as a whole person. I'm here to create a supportive environment where we can work together to meet your individual needs. I have a special interest in women's health, mental health, chronic conditions, and allergies. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge and resources you need to take an active role in your health. Whether you're facing a specific issue or simply want to improve your overall well-being, I'm here to support you with empathy and expertise.
To stay healthy and happy, I enjoy regular exercise by going to the gym, taking exercise classes, and going on long walks. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing my ukulele, and reading. A passion of mine is exploring new restaurants and activities in the area!
