Physician Assistant, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who undergo extensive practical training and board certification, and are licensed to practice medicine including the full range of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
I believe that healthcare should be highly personalized, and I seek to understand each patient's unique goals and motivations. I hope to encourage patients to take an active role in their healthcare through shared decision-making. I am passionate about preventive medicine, women's health and mental health.
How I stay healthy and happy
I love to cook, and I am constantly experimenting with new vegetarian recipes. I also enjoy trying new restaurants. I try to get outside often and enjoy walking, hiking and gardening. I like to mix up my exercise routine, and during the pandemic I started taking virtual exercise classes.
