Eli Nash, MD
San Francisco
Doctor of Medicine, a common medical school degree for physicians. MDs at One Medical typically specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics or pediatrics.
I aim to create a space where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I see healthcare as a partnership, and we work together to find an approach that fits your life and goals. I take a whole-person approach, considering both physical and mental health, as well as real-world challenges that can make care difficult. I have a special interest in addiction medicine, gender-affirming care, obesity medicine, and LGBTQ+ care, and I’m committed to providing inclusive, nonjudgmental support. I also bring experience caring for diverse and underserved communities, which informs how I meet patients where they are and support practical, compassionate care. Whether we’re focusing on prevention, managing chronic conditions, or something new, my goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported.
How I stay healthy and happy
Outside of work, I prioritize activities that support both physical and mental well-being. I enjoy meditation, reading, and writing, as well as staying active through dancing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. I also value creative outlets, including hands-on projects and exploring new hobbies, and I have a particular soft spot for dogs. When I need to fully unwind, I enjoy relaxing with a good book or spending time gaming. These practices help me stay balanced and present, both in and out of the clinic.
