I am passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain their highest possible level of physical and mental health. As your primary care provider, I will partner with you to find a plan that best fits your values and intentions. My goal is to create a safe environment to openly discuss all questions regarding your health and well-being. I will listen carefully to your concerns and provide thorough explanations of your specific conditions and overall health. My practice includes all areas of primary care and I will match you with the right specialists when necessary. I am especially interested in educating about heart health, weight management, substance use, sexual health and women’s health issues such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis. Formally, I am certified by the Menopause Society for peri-menopause and menopause specialized care. For all conditions, I utilize both lifestyle modifications and medical management through an evidence-based approach.
