I will listen carefully to your concerns and provide thorough explanations of your specific conditions and overall health. I practice all areas of primary care and match you with the right specialists when necessary. I am especially interested in educating about heart health, weight management, substance use, sexual health and women’s health issues such as peri/menopause, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis. I utilize both lifestyle modifications and medical management through an evidence-based approach.
