About Dana
Dana is a very compassionate and nonjudgmental provider,. She believes that empowering the patient and a strong patient-provider relationship are essential to successful outcomes for both acute and chronic illnesses. She treats each patient with a holistic approach, taking their physical, environmental, nutritional, emotional, spiritual, and lifestyle factors into consideration for treatment instead of treating illness or disease as an isolated incident.
To stay healthy, Dana enjoys yoga, backpacking, hiking, running, swimming, and biking. When she's not working, she likes traveling, being outdoors, walking in nature, enjoying farmers markets, exploring new places, people and cultures. Dana earned her undergraduate degree at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and went on to receive her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She also completed a family medicine fellowship at Shasta Community Health Center in Redding, California. She's board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
