I believe that empowering the patient and a strong patient-provider relationship are essential to successful outcomes for both acute and chronic illnesses. I treat each patient with a holistic approach, taking one's physical, environmental, nutritional, emotional, spiritual, and lifestyle factors into consideration for treatment instead of treating illness or disease as an isolated incident. My areas of expertise include women's health (IUD insertion, Nexplanon insertion/removal), nutrition, and mental health.
To stay healthy and happy, I enjoy all things outdoors and sunshine: running, biking, backpacking/hiking, and swimming. I also enjoy traveling, particularly international travel, while exploring new cultures and landscapes. To relax, I like to cook and bake nourishing foods.
