About Christopher
Christopher Saj transitioned from emergency room work to primary care and finds the long-term collaborative relationships he now develops with patients especially rewarding. He enjoys guiding patients through various health decisions and appreciates the ease with which they can access him, thanks to One Medical's use of technology in patient care. Aside from treating illnesses and addressing concerns, Christopher examines lifestyle management and helps patients find ways to cope with life stressors that impact their health. While he draws on his own personal experiences to understand and assist other men in weight loss and lifestyle changes, but enjoys treating both men and women from various backgrounds.
When he’s not in the office, Christopher likes to swim, lift weights, cook, and travel. He's a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and certified through the National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants.
