My path to primary care has included experience in cardiac surgery at Stanford Medicine and orthopedic at Sutter Health, which shaped my development as a clinician and strengthened my commitment to providing thorough, patient-centered medicine. These experiences helped me understand the full spectrum of patient care—from acute, procedure-driven environments to long-term wellness—ultimately guiding me toward the continuity and connection I value in primary care. I also have a particular passion for obesity medicine and supporting patients through weight-related concerns with compassion and evidence-based treatment. I recognize that every patient’s journey is unique, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward sustainable health goals. As a provider, I aim to be approachable, attentive, and proactive. Whether managing chronic conditions, focusing on preventive care, or addressing new symptoms, I prioritize education and shared decision-making so you leave each visit feeling informed and confident. To stay healthy and happy, I love running and lifting weights a few times a week, which helps me connect with many of the lifestyle changes I encourage in my practice.
