How I stay healthy and happy
Staying happy and healthy is all about balance for me. I find joy in cooking and baking for my family and friends—it’s my way of bringing people together and expressing care and love through food. Whenever possible, I love escaping to small coastal towns for a refreshing change of scenery and quality family time. There’s nothing better than relaxing by the ocean while my toddler gleefully plays in the water. I also enjoy comedy shows and concerts to unwind and share laughter. To stay active, I go for walks with my toddler and spend time at the park—it keeps us both moving and creates wonderful memories.
