Brigid Griffin, FNP
Redwood City
I truly enjoy working in primary care because it allows me to build meaningful, genuine, and sustained relationships with my patients. Whether it's a same-day appointment for feeling sick, exploring preventive health, or supporting chronic disease management, I am committed to collaborative communication and patient education. My ultimate goal is to support informed decision-making while always centering care around each patient’s values, interests, and overall quality of life. Additionally, my background in mental health has shaped a strong interest in how physical and mental health are deeply interconnected and influence one another. I hope to engage and get to know all of my patients in a personable, inclusive, and compassionate manner that fosters trust and supports strong healthcare relationships.
How I stay healthy and happy
To support my overall well-being, I enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, paddleboarding, golfing, and long walks exploring new places and landmarks.
