Important details regarding your "free 30-day trial" (herein referred to as a "Trial Membership"):
Membership fees otherwise chargeable are waived for the 30-day period. Trial Memberships are valid only for use by adults in the United States (pediatrics is excluded unless pediatrics is available and provided by One Medical in the applicable Market). Trial Memberships may not be resold by Customer. On-demand 24/7 virtual care (e.g. “Video Chat” or “Treat Me Now”) is offered at no cost to the user of the Trial Membership ("User") during the 30-day period of the Trial Membership. Any other care sought, including without limitation, in-office care, remote billable video visits (“Remote Visits”), and third-party charges such as prescriptions may have associated fee for service charges. Additionally, lab fees for any testing (including COVID-19 testing) may be chargeable (whether directly to authorized user or their insurance) by third parties (e.g. LabCorp). 1Life has no liability for any such charges. During registration for a Trial Membership, authorized users are required to insert their health insurance information. Insurance (or other payment source) will be billed as applicable for care set forth above. Activation of Trial Memberships require authorized user to insert appropriate credit card information. Trial Memberships will automatically renew at 31 days at the then current One Medical consumer annual membership fee unless User cancels before the renewal date. Trial Membership offer in Washington D.C. does not require insertion of credit card information and will not automatically renew. Features available with non-consumer memberships (e.g. the Healthy Together daily check in-screener and badging) are not included with Trial Memberships. This Trial Membership is not intended to be used in connection with COVID-19 vaccines. For temporary memberships associated with COVID-19 vaccines, click here.
