Our interactive community-based approach combines education, skills training, and coaching to empower you to make sustainable, long-term changes and build a peer support network.
The topics covered include:**
- Sleep cycles and circadian rhythm
- Sleep hygiene
- Progressive muscle relaxation
- The impact of diet on sleep
- Understanding sleep aids
- How our thoughts and beliefs affect sleep
Upcoming dates and times:
- Thursdays, Jan 20th, 27th, Feb 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th
Where: Rest Well is being conducted online, via a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
