Trent GreenChief Executive OfficerTrent is the Chief Executive Officer of One Medical. He previously served as One Medical’s Chief Operations Officer, where he led the company’s care delivery operations including primary care office, virtual care, and administrative services operations. Starting his career at Mayo Clinic, Trent brings more than 25 years of healthcare operations experience spanning from medical group, urgent care, ancillary, and acute care services. Prior to joining One Medical, Trent served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Legacy Health in Portland, Oregon where he led operations for six hospitals and 70+ primary care, specialty and urgent care clinics. He also spent a decade as a management consultant for Tiber Group/Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse). He received a Master of Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Andrew Diamond, MD, PhDChief Medical OfficerAndrew, a practicing primary care physician, joined One Medical in the company's infancy in 2007. Over the course of his tenure at One Medical, he has been a driving force in developing the practice’s philosophy and approach to care, designing our clinical systems, and maintaining our human-centered culture. Andrew has served as the company’s Chief Medical Officer since 2019, ensuring our clinicians have joyful and fulfilling careers and deliver the highest-quality care and service to our members. Andrew holds a BS in biological sciences from Stanford University, and an MD as well as a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Colorado. He completed his medical training at Stanford and is certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Bjorn ThalerChief Financial OfficerBjorn oversees the financial strategy and operations for One Medical. Leveraging more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, private equity investing, and investment banking, Bjorn ensures the company strategically invests in One Medical’s continued growth, while maintaining financial discipline. Prior to joining One Medical, Bjorn was with CVS Health/Aetna, where he served as CFO of Transformation and SVP of Corporate Development & Enterprise Economics. He also worked in a number of senior financial leadership roles at Aetna, including CFO of Consumer and Healthcare Services and VP of Treasury and Corporate Development. He also helped shepherd the deal of CVS’ acquisition of Aetna. Bjorn has deep experience in investment banking from his time at Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers and Citigroup. He holds a law degree from the University of Vienna and an MBA from the University of Economics in Vienna, Austria and the University of South Carolina.

Christine MoreheadChief People OfficerChristine has been instrumental in developing the people experience department from the ground-up, which consists of HR, recruiting, credentialing, internal communications, corporate facilities, and employee events. She has experience with rapid-growth companies and brings innovative HR solutions to meet the needs of quickly growing organizations. Prior to joining, Christine served as a founding member of the Virgin America team that brought the company from incubation to an award-winning airline. Christine has a bachelor of business administration degree with an emphasis in human resources from Pace University and earned her master’s degree in human resources from Mount Saint Mary College.

Stuart ParmenterChief Technology OfficerStuart is passionate about using technology to solve the hardest problems, and has more than 20 years of experience building scalable solutions for both the healthcare and technology sectors. As Chief Technology Officer, Stuart leads the Engineering, Product, Design, IT, and Security teams, which are collectively responsible for scaling the technology innovations that underpin One Medical’s reinvented primary care experience. He's been with One Medical since 2016, where he initially served as VP of Engineering. Prior to One Medical, Stuart co-founded Rise, an award-winning personalized health coaching platform, which was later acquired by One Medical. Additionally, Stuart helped build the internet as we know it today, having led key initiatives at Netscape and Mozilla, including helping to build Firefox for both the desktop and Android.

Anjali JamesonSVP, Product and AnalyticsAnjali leads One Medical’s product and analytics teams, bringing more than two decades of experience building products within the digital health, enterprise, and b2c technology sectors. Anjali has led product, marketing, content, design, analytics and engineering teams at both startups and public companies, including overseeing UnitedHealthCare’s consumer app and website, Optum’s employer wellness products and Apple Online’s mobile commerce portfolio. Anjali believes strongly that healthcare should be compassionate, affordable, and equitable, and is deeply passionate about building and encouraging an inclusive product culture that allows the best ideas to become the best healthcare technology.

Rajneesh (Raj) Behal, MD, MPHChief Quality OfficerRaj, a practicing doctor, is focused on delivering exceptional healthcare for individuals and populations as the chief quality officer. He leads the quality and safety, value and innovation, and data science teams. Raj brings over 17 years of experience in leading clinical outcomes improvement in a variety of settings. Previously, he served as chief quality officer, associate dean for quality, and clinical professor of medicine at Stanford. Prior to that, Raj was the patient safety officer and associate chief medical officer at Rush University Medical Center — helping them achieve top national rankings on outcomes and efficiency among academic medical centers. He teaches physician leadership development programs at Harvard, Stanford, and UC San Diego. Raj attended medical school at Rush, completed a fellowship in healthcare informatics at Harvard and MIT, and earned his MPH in clinical effectiveness at Harvard University.

Jenni VargasChief Strategy OfficerJenni is responsible for payer and health systems relations, new service line development, and real estate. Before joining One Medical, she was at Stanford Health Care for ten years, where she was the Chief Strategy Officer. Jenni led business development, marketing, digital health, and government and community relations. During her time there, she led the development of Stanford Health Care Alliance, an accountable care organization purchased by Google, Cisco, and Stanford University. Previously, Jenni spent 20 years at publicly traded payers in general management positions. Jenni holds a bachelor's degree in human biology from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA.

John SingerlingChief Network OfficerJohn spearheads One Medical’s national efforts to build impactful partnerships with well-respected health systems across the nation. Aiming to make seamless connections between primary care and specialists, John partners to ensure we intentionally design and create a personalized and delightful experience for each patient as they navigate their healthcare journey. Prior to One Medical, John was President of Palmetto Health in South Carolina, which merged with Greenville Health to become Prisma Health. John holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of South Carolina.

Chris HollanderChief Marketing OfficerChris is responsible for marketing strategy, growth, and the brand story at One Medical. Chris brings deep experience across a variety of business categories, including healthcare expertise which he built during his time as Chief Growth Officer of Iora Health. Chris came to Iora from Panera Bread where he last served as their Chief Marketing Officer. While there, he was tasked with driving brand and digital marketing transformation for the 9th largest restaurant concept in America. Before Panera, Chris spent 11 years in various brand management positions at Pepsi Cola, working on some of their highest-profile brands and initiatives, including Mountain Dew, the Pepsi Lipton Joint Venture Partnership and the Brand Pepsi portfolio. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Lisa MangoGeneral CounselLeading the legal and compliance teams, Lisa is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs at One Medical. She brings broad legal and commercial experience to the team, having acted as a senior legal adviser for a number of public and private businesses, ranging from large technology and services companies to early venture-backed enterprises. Prior to joining One Medical, Lisa was a senior legal department leader at Autodesk for several years. Lisa earned her JD from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a bachelor of arts in public policy from Duke University.

Suzanne HansenChief Operating Officer of Iora HealthSuzanne leads Iora’s Senior Health operating teams, focused on delivering high quality clinical care and experiences for patients, while also achieving Iora’s growth and performance objectives. Suzanne spent over two decades at HealthCare Partners in California, leading both medical group offices and affiliate physician networks serving over 200,000 global-risk patients -successfully achieving the goals of improved quality outcomes, enhanced patient experience and overall cost of care reduction. Prior to joining Iora, Hansen served as Senior Vice President at DaVita where she led a multi-state region as well as leading the transformation team for DaVita Medical Group. In that role, she deployed post-acute and home-based care team models for chronically ill patients, resulting in reductions in readmissions and length of stay, as well as improved quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. Suzanne received a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Tyler JungChief Medical Officer of Iora HealthTyler is a physician executive with more than 25 years of experience in managed care, population health, innovative care delivery, transitioning from volume to value, and leadership at the provider and plan level. Tyler was trained and is board certified in Internal Medicine. He also completed a Fellowship in Critical Care and Pulmonary Medicine. Tyler joined Iora Health as Chief Medical Officer in 2019 and joined One Medical with their acquisition of Iora in 2021. Prior to Iora, Tyler was at Molina Healthcare California, where he served as Chief Medical Officer. Previously, Tyler was Chief Medical Officer at DaVita HealthCare Partners Medical Group where he helped scale the high performing medical group across eight states. Tyler holds a BS in Microbiology and Immunology from UCLA and an MD from Tulane University.
