UC San Diego
The foundation of a good life is good health. To help her patients achieve this, Patricia believes in creating partnerships with her patients and walking with them on their journey to optimal health. She has witnessed the power of nutrition and lifestyle in reversing disease, and she is passionate about helping people harness their own body’s natural ability to heal itself. Combining both holistic and evidence-based care, she provides guidance to healing with the goal of self-awareness, education, and personal empowerment for each patient so that they may achieve their ultimate health goals. In her free time, Patricia enjoys hiking, cycling, reading, and preparing healthy meals with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. She is a devotee of meditation, and dedicates time to studying the role of nutrition and movement in relation to physical, mental, and spiritual vibrancy. Patricia graduated from Stanford University, received her doctorate at UC San Diego School of Medicine, and completed her residency at California Pacific Medical Center. She is currently certified in Internal Medicine and by the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine.
