Mark sees patients for lifestyle modifications and does not manage routine primary care. Specifically, Mark specializes in clinical weight management, lifestyle and behavior change counseling.
Mark brings extensive experience in behavior change and wellness education to One Medical. He helps guide patients through lifestyle modifications in order to prevent illness and treat health issues, such as obesity and diabetes, and thoughtfully adjusts his plan of care according to the specific needs, concerns and goals of each individual. After studying Physical Therapy at McGill University, Mark earned his MD from Yale University School of Medicine and completed a clinical research fellowship at UCSF. He went on to finish his residency in Internal Medicine and Primary Care at Brigham and Women's Hospital at Harvard Medical School, where he gained experience in clinical weight management. He is certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine.
