A Bay Area native, Lawrence is an empathetic and integrative psychiatrist who works in close partnership with One Medical's primary care team to care for patients. Through active listening and reflection, he meets patients where they’re at in the healing process and helps them work toward their personal goals. With a keen interest in behavioral neurology and neuropsychiatry, he pays particular attention to the impact of neurological issues on mood, anxiety, behavior, memory, and cognition. To stay healthy, he enjoys cooking, cycling, swimming, and meditating. After graduating from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his psychiatry residency at the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine. He went on to complete a Psychosomatic Medicine Fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital at Harvard Medical School and a Psychosocial Oncology Fellowship at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Lawrence is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
