Together, we’ll explore tools and techniques to help you navigate stress and anxiety.
You’ll work with your health coach to plan and implement the tools that work best for you.
Why we use a virtual group format
We get it. Being in a group can feel a little awkward at first. But it’s a great way to make this service more accessible for more people. Your health coach works to create a supportive environment where all feel comfortable and safe — and can learn from each other. While sharing is encouraged and respected, it’s never required.
