Series details*

Why we use a virtual group format

We get it. Being in a group can feel a little awkward at first. But it’s a great way to make this service more accessible for more people. Your health coach works to create a supportive environment where all feel comfortable and safe — and can learn from each other. While sharing is encouraged and respected, it’s never required.

* Each visit is billed to your insurance like a standard doctor’s visit. Normal copay and deductible will apply.
