1. How do I download the One Medical app?

   The One Medical app is available for both iOS (Apple) and Android devices. It allows you to manage your health on the go, including booking appointments, messaging your care team, viewing test results, and more.

   For iPhone or iPad users:

   1. Open the App Store on your device.
      
      
   2. In the search bar, type "One Medical".
      
      
   3. Look for the app named One Medical
      
      
   4. Tap “Get” to download and install the app.
      
      
   5. Once installed, open the app and log in using your One Medical email and password.

   For Android users:

   1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
      
      
   2. In the search bar, type "One Medical".
      
      
   3. Find the app by One Medical (same recognizable icon).
      
      
   4. Tap “Install” to download the app to your device.
   5. Once installed, open the app and log in using your One Medical email and password.

2. What if I forgot my password?

   No problem. On the login screen of the One Medical app or website:

   1. Click "Forgot Password?"
      
      
   2. Enter your email address

   3. Follow the link in the email to reset your password

3. Who can I contact if I need help?

4. Can my caregiver/family member sign into my portal?

   Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an account login process that requires users to enter a password and an additional piece of information to verify their identity. For example, users may be asked to enter a code sent to their phone or email.

5. Can I update my email/login information?

   To update your email or login details:

   1. Log into your account on the One Medical app or website.
   2. Go to Settings on the top right of the screen. It is a small wheel.
   3. Select "Login & Security".
   4. Update your email address, password, or other login credentials.
   5. Be sure to save your changes before exiting the screen.

6. What should I do if my account is locked?

   Go to the login screen on the One Medical app or website.

   1. Click “Forgot password?”
   2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
   3. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

   This usually unlocks your account automatically once you set a new password.

7. When I message my care team how quickly will they answer?

   Your messages will be answered between 1-2 days. For anything that needs an answer before then call us at 888-405-6396.

   For emergencies call 911

8. What should I do if I can’t find any time with my provider?

   If you are unable to find time with your provider you can book with another provider in the office or you can call 888-405-6396 and a member of our staff can assist you.

9. I need a new prescription. What should I do?

   If a new prescription is needed you can message your care team and they will respond in 1-2 days. If you have a more urgent need then please call 888-405-6396.

10. What if I can’t find my care plan?

    On Web:

    1. Log in to onemedical.com
    2. Click ‘Care Plan’ at the top of the screen
    3. On the left side of the screen under ‘Care Plan’ you can toggle between Action Items and Visit Summaries

    On iOS:

    1. From the home screen, tap ‘Care Plan’
    2. Visit Summaries will be displayed at the top of the screen, Action Items will be displayed below the After Visit Summaries

    On Android:

    1. From the home screen, tap ‘Care Plan’
    2. Visit Summaries will be displayed at the top of the screen, Action Items will be displayed below the After Visit Summaries

11. How do I update my blood pressure log?

    On Web:

    1. Log in to onemedical.com and select your profile picture at the top right-hand side of the navigation barClick ‘Health Record’ at the top of the screen
    2. On the left side of the screen, click ‘Blood Pressure’
    3. Click ‘Add Measurement’
    4. Input Systolic and Diastolic measurements and the date the measurements are being entered (system auto populates the current date)
    5. Click ‘Log Measurements’

    On iOS:

    1. From the homescreen, tap ‘My Health’
    2. Tap ‘Vitals & Trends’
    3. Tap ‘Blood Pressure’
    4. Tap ‘Log Blood Pressure’
    5. Enter Systolic and Diastolic Measurements
    6. Change Date and Time if appropriate (app auto populates current time and date)
    7. Tap ‘Save’

    On Android:

    1. From the homescreen, tap ‘My Health’
    2. Tap ‘Vitals & Trends’
    3. Tap ‘Blood Pressure’
    4. Tap on the green circle containing a white plus sign
    5. Enter Systolic and Diastolic Measurements
    6. Change Date and Time if appropriate (app auto populates current time and date)
    7. Tap ‘Save’

12. Why should i activate my account before downloading the app?

    Activating your account first gives you a unique link that will carry over all of your health information for a simple transition. The account helps you communicate with your care team, see your medical history and book appointments easily but you will still have the ability to call in and speak to some one when you need something from your care team
