Why do I need to sign up for One Medical temporary membership?
We’re waiving our $199 yearly membership fee to help people referred through the Department of Public Health get a COVID-19 vaccine. Signing up as a member makes it possible for us to communicate with you regarding appointment scheduling, second vaccination schedules, and any follow up care.
How can I ask a question?
If you have any questions about registering, please call 1-888-ONEMED1 (1-888-663-6331). We’ll also have staff onsite to answer any questions before or after your vaccination. Questions about your temporary membership after registering? Email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I book after I sign up?

Where can I get vaccinated?
Currently, we're offering vaccines at select locations. We’ll have staff onsite to answer any questions you may have. Appointment times will be shared when you call to schedule your appointment.
What is the cost to me for vaccination and One Medical membership?
There’s no cost to you for the temporary membership or the COVID-19 vaccination. We’ll submit a claim to your insurance for administering the vaccine, and in the majority of cases this will result in no out-of-pocket costs.
If I want to extend my membership, how do I do that?
We’ll reach out to you via email at the end of the temporary membership with instructions on how to become a One Medical member and save $99 on the yearly membership.
Why do I need to provide insurance information? What happens if I don’t have insurance?
While there’s no cost to you, we’ll be submitting a claim to your insurance. If you don’t have insurance, please bring a state ID so we can submit a claim on your behalf to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
