As a healthcare provider, I believe true wellness extends beyond treating illness; it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. I aim to meet every person right where they are, taking into account their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I am committed to assisting, educating, and empowering individuals in the process of establishing and maintaining their own health and well-being. I am passionate about wellness and preventive health, helping people make meaningful lifestyle changes that support balance, resilience, and long-term vitality. By combining evidence-based medicine with compassionate, faith-centered care, I aim to help each person experience lasting healing, both inside and out.
How I stay healthy and happy
I stay happy and healthy by practicing the same balance; I encourage my patients to seek nurturing of the mind, body, and spirit. I make time for meditative nature walks and meaningful moments with my family, which always fill me with joy. I love biking for both exercise and mental clarity, and photography allows me to pause, reflect, and appreciate the beauty in everyday moments. As someone passionate about wellness and preventive health, I believe true happiness comes from living intentionally; caring for the body, refreshing the mind, and keeping the heart centered in gratitude and faith.
