Bill is a thoughtful primary care provider who believes that building strong relationships with patients is the core of effective medicine. Through attentive listening and careful consideration of each patient's story, Bill aims to illuminate and educate patients while collaborating with them to find their unique paths to optimal health. He is passionate about baseball and music, and enjoys playing bassoon, cello, and piano, as well as choral singing. His interests also include healthcare reform, Brazilian history and culture, and French literature. After graduating from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, Bill completed his residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics.
