I’m a psychotherapist who is passionate about helping others find meaning, purpose, and passion in their lives. I feel deeply honored to support individuals on their journey toward healing from mental health struggles so they can fully experience love, life, and relationships with joy and fulfillment. My approach is grounded in a humanistic, attachment-based perspective—I believe that everyone has the capacity to develop secure and healthy connections. I also integrate mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to support lasting change. My areas of expertise include PTSD, healing from childhood trauma, and building safe, loving relationships with both self and others.
How I stay healthy and happy
I stay happy and healthy by finding balance in the things I love—spending time in nature, staying active with walking and yoga, and enjoying time with my family and pets. Being outdoors helps me recharge, and movement keeps me energized and focused. I'm passionate about mental health and wellness, especially supporting the LGBTQIA and multicultural communities. I love helping others discover how small, sustainable changes can make a big difference. Volunteering and giving back also keep me grounded and connected.
