I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Attachment Theory, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and healing trauma. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural and LGBTQIA+ communities. My approach is integrative and compassionate, blending evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of each client's unique story and strengths. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where healing, growth, and transformation can take place. Together, we will work to navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful connections in your life.
How I stay healthy and happy
To stay healthy and happy, I find joy in volunteering with at-risk infants and toddlers in foster care, spending quality time with my family, friends, and my beloved pets. I also love exploring photography, immersing myself in nature at the beach or botanical gardens, and mentoring young adults as they navigate their academic journeys. Sharing mental health education on social media is another passion of mine, as it allows me to connect with others and spread awareness about emotional well-being. These activities keep me grounded, fulfilled, and inspired.
