I take a holistic approach that draws on the unique strengths of each individual to become their own force for positive change. My background is working with stress and anxiety, family systems, mood disorders, as well as LGBTQIA affirmative therapy. It's a pleasure to incorporate music, humor, mindfulness and other relaxation strategies into treatment. My goal as a psychologist is to support each person to find their authentic inner voice and experience renewed joy and comfort in everyday life.
How I stay healthy and happy
I love to meditate, play the djembe drum, and go for long walks with my two pugs.
