About Vanessa

Hi, I’m Vanessa, a nurse practitioner with a background in pediatric emergency medicine. While I now care for patients virtually, I bring the same thorough, thoughtful approach I used at the bedside. I believe that a detailed conversation—your history—is one of the most powerful tools in medicine. It helps me understand what’s really going on and how to best support you. I know how frustrating it can feel to leave a medical visit without answers. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, cared for, and better equipped to understand your health. I combine evidence-based practice with a whole-person perspective—because you're more than just the reason you clicked “book visit.” Patients often tell me they appreciate how clearly I explain things—and that no one’s ever broken it down like that before. That kind of connection and clarity matters to me. I’m looking forward to meeting you—virtually, of course!

How I stay healthy and happy
I feel my best when I’m active, outdoors, and connected to the people I love. I’m a big fan of CrossFit—it's my daily reset and keeps both my body and mind strong. I also love riding four-wheelers, especially on a sunny Florida day, and spending time at the beach or pool whenever I can. I'm happiest when I'm moving, laughing, and sharing good food with my fiancé, family, or friends. Staying grounded in my personal life helps me show up fully for the patients I care for.
