My Goal is to build a collaborative relationship with my patients using a holistic approach. It is important for me to get to know my patients, and for them to always feel heard. It is essential to treat the whole person, taking into consideration how lifestyle impacts our overall health. I am a firm believer that food can be medicine and maintaining our mental health is the best way to heal ourselves. I love working with individuals who want to create a better life for themselves. It is a privilege take part in my patient's healthcare journey as an adviser/support system .
How I stay healthy and happy
Spending time with my family, friends, dog, as well as learning new recipes and exercise brings me joy, happiness and peace. I also love learning about functional medicine practices, and how I can implement them into my life and my practice.
