I enjoy working with people of all ages. I like to focus on health maintenance, wellness, and preventive medicine by discussing strategies for healthy living. I enjoy getting to know the whole person and coming up with a treatment plan with shared decision-making with each patient. Uma currently has a full panel and is not accepting any new patients.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy exercising and I exercise daily. I enjoy cooking healthy vegetarian meals for my family. I love going on hikes with my husband and three kids. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy Indian classical dancing and playing the violin.
