I value the importance of clinical fit between patient and provider. My approach stems from practice and processes, not just problems and pathologies. By developing a solid foundation of engagement with each patient, I foster a strong sense of collaboration to achieve meaningful change and growth. I believe the most successful outcomes come from a person-centered, strength-based approach. I have a depth of experience addressing LGBTQ issues, adjustment to life events that impact anxiety, stress, and depression. As I support patients and their needs, I remain grounded while providing insight, perspective, and humor within a safe, trusting environment.
How I stay healthy and happy
Hiking & backpacking mountains, swimming, soccer, skiing, tennis and staying active outdoors. Learning how to be a handyman while fixing up an old home. Dream of learning to fly and get my pilot's license someday.
